Spirit
The jungle receives you the moment you arrive. Warm air, green light, the long travel falling away from your shoulders. You settle into your dome, you meet the eyes of your sisters, and something in you finally exhales.
That evening we open the field together. We greet this Mayan land, we speak our intention aloud, and we pray. The land hears you, love. From this moment you are held.
Earth
We climb the ancient stone of Coba, and at the top the sky opens wide and your cosmic ancestors move close. Then we descend into the womb of the cenote, into cool dark water where the ancestors of the earth are waiting.
Between sky and stone you become the bridge. Kundalini Activation and Transformational Breathwork move through the circle, and women often feel something that has slept in them for years begin to stir.

Air
This day belongs to the heart. In circle you say the thing you have never said out loud, and every sister holds it with you.
Inner child healing and mirror work invite you to meet the parts of yourself you left behind. You look into your own eyes and you stay. As night falls we float you on the water beneath the stars, and sound carries you the rest of the way home.

Fire
Kundalini Activation and Transformational Breathwork stoke the flame at your center until Shakti rises hot through your spine.
Then the temazcal, held by the Mayan medicine people of this land. The stones glow, the heat wraps around you, and you offer your prayer for your ancestors into the dark. Many women speak of stepping out of the dark lighter than they went in.

Water
Your sisters carry you to the water and hold you there. You surrender completely into their hands, and the cenote closes over you.

If one of you would rather have her own, she is welcome at the solo rate and you both still travel together.

If your heart is already saying yes, stay. The retreat closes April 30, and the Integration Day on May 1 gives you the ocean, the shops, and one more slow day with your sisters before you fly home. It is $555, and you can add it any time before your balance is due.
Fly into Cancun or Tulum. We arrange your ground transfer, about ninety minutes from Cancun and forty five minutes from Tulum.
