Who we are

Her Sacred Rebirth is a women's retreat and ceremony community created by Anya Dillon and Bre Hamideh. When this page says "we" or "us," it means Her Sacred Rebirth. You can reach us any time at hersacredrebirth@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us, plus a small amount of basic information your browser sends to any website.

• When you take the rebirth quiz: your email address, your first name if you add it, your answers, your season, and whether you asked to receive ongoing emails.
• When you sign up for a ceremony, guide, or meditation: the details on that form, usually your name and email.
• When you register or pay a deposit for a retreat: the details needed to hold your place. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Where you arrived from: if you follow a link from Instagram or an email, we may note which one, so we know what is helpful.
• Basic technical information: our website host keeps standard records such as your browser type and the time of your visit, which help keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as your quiz result, a guide, or a ceremony confirmation.
• To send gentle reflections, practices, and invitations, only if you said yes to receiving them.
• To prepare for and care for you at a ceremony or retreat you have joined.
• To understand which of our offerings and posts are most helpful, using totals rather than individual details.

We keep your information between us and the few services that help us run Her Sacred Rebirth. We never sell or rent it to anyone.

Your email choices

When you take the quiz, we send you one email with your result, because you asked for it. Ongoing emails from us arrive only if you ticked the box to receive them.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is all it takes, and you can also write to us and we will remove you.

Who helps us run things

A few trusted services handle your information on our behalf, only to do their part:

• GoHighLevel stores our contact list and sends our emails.
• Vercel hosts this website.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on this site, which means your browser connects to Google to load them.
• Our payment providers process deposits and payments securely.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are part of our community or as long as we need them to care for you and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, apart from anything we are required by law to keep.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hersacredrebirth@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you live in California, you have these rights under California law, and we will honor them. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

A note on age

Her Sacred Rebirth is for adult women. Our website and gatherings are intended for people 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes to this page

If we change how we care for your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
